1. Beta service
martch is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are continuously improving it, and features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We appreciate your patience and feedback.
2. Your data
We store your email address and the trip plans you generate. This data is held securely using Supabase, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. AI-generated content
Trip plans are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini). While we work to ensure quality, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, up to date, or suitable for your specific needs. Always verify venue details, opening hours, prices, and travel times before your trip. martch is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on generated content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in ways that could harm other users or the platform. The daily plan generation limit exists to ensure fair use for everyone.
5. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@martch.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Service continuity
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue martch at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of significant changes, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
